Doubles night (partners by rank) - November 8, 2010

Who can play

You can!  MVTTC is open to anyone interested in pursuing table tennis as a sport or hobby. Young to old, novice to expert -- everyone is encouraged to play.

Locations and times

MVTTC plays on Saturdays and Mondays at different locations, so please check the following before traveling.  The two locations are less than 1 mile apart.

Saturdays

 		 Saturdays, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
6-9 pm Club rated round robin play.
Cost $5 to support club activities, including equipment purchases.

Equipment Four ITTF approved tables. Paddles are available for beginners.

Mondays

Where Faxton - St. Luke's Adult Healthcare Center

When Mondays, 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Sign-in ends at 6:45 and matches start soon after.
Come @ 6:00 PM to help setup and warmup.
Cost Adults $4, Kids (K-12) $1 / night -- to support club activities, including new equipment purchases.

Equipment Six ITTF approved tables. Paddles are available for beginners.
Format Club round robin play. Games to 11. Best 3 out of 5.
On nights with many players the director may opt for 2 out of 3.

Match Play Etiquette

  • Players should not converse with the audience during competitive play.
  • Do not leave your match to take a phone call or text message.
  • The audience should keep their noise level to a minimum.
  • If you must cross the gym during play, walk behind the black line and wait for any point in progress to finish before proceeding.
